Happy St. Fools Day!

Yep, that's right, St. Fools Day. You've never heard of it? Well let me tell you... St. Fools Day is a very special holiday! It goes back many years to when all the people of Ireland (aka Laurie and I) didn't have their annual St. Patricks Day party and had to celebrate on April Fools Day instead.

Well our St. Fools Day party was perfect! We planned it for weeks and we couldn't have done a better job... if I do say so myself. We tricked everyone into doing exactly what we wanted them to do. No one saw it coming, it was the best surprise ever! I am still surprised we were able to sew everything and do all we did for our party without the boys finding out!

It was a party full of green food, decorations galore, custom kilts for our hunks, a Leprechaun named Little Laddy Asher, and of course bagpipe music.

There was only one thing we didn't do pefectly.... we didn't check to see if we had green food coloring. Of all the things. But don't worry, we took art class so we knew just what to do! Blue. Plus. Yellow.
